Made from the traditional Cava grape varieties Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada,De Pró Brut is made according to the Traditional Method used to make the world’s top sparkling wines and bottle-aged for 15 months, a process that adds complexity and integrates the flavours, making it smoother and more harmonious to drink.

 

An attractive pale straw colour with hints of gold and fine bubbles,scents of citrus with brioche, pear and almond notes greet you as you raise the glass. Crisp and refreshing with flavours of pear and lemon, De Pró Brut has the characteristic soft bubbles known as a “creamy mousse” that indicate quality, and an elegant finish.

 

De Pró Brut was named the Best Sparkling Wine in its Category at the Netherland’s Proefschrift Awards 2015.

De Pró Rosé Brut

 

Made from the red cava grape Trepat according to the Traditional Method, De Pró Rosé Brut is bottle-agedfor between 12 and 14 months to soften and integrate the flavours while retaining a bright fruit character.
A vivid cherry-red, it is explosively fruity with strawberry and redcurrant flavours, and a clean, dry finish.

 

It was awarded a Gold Medal at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles Wine Competition in 2013.

De Pró Brut Organic

 

This new version of our top-selling product is made from certified organic grapes. A base wine is made from organic Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada grapes, with the second fermentation taking place in the bottle. De Pró Organic Cava is then aged for over 12 months, a process that adds complexity and integrates the flavours, making it smoother and more harmonious to drink.

This sparkling wine showcases our commitment to organic winemaking practices while delivering exceptional quality. Recently awarded 90 points by renowned critic James Suckling, De Pró Organic Cava NV is described as displaying, “blanched almonds, apricots, lemons, honey and brioche on the nose. It’s creamy and medium-bodied, with soft and rounded bubbles, and a gently honeyed finish.»
