Chilling to the right temperature

De Pró should be served chilled, but not too cold, to enable you to best appreciate the combination of fine bubbles and delicate fruit flavours. Around 8-10ºC is ideal.Chill it in a refrigerator for around 3 hours before serving or in an ice bucket for around half an hour, with ice, water and a handful of salt: adding salt reduces the temperature and makes the bottle cool down more quickly.
